My complaint:
Trying to reach out to the Florida Power and Light to request a refund for the days that I had no power during Hurricane Ian but am unable to get a hold of a representative. When you call the customer service line and press zero or specify to speak with a representative it states that this option is not available! I have never encountered this, not being able to speak with anyone in a company. How is anyone supposed to reach this company?
