Flair Airlines complaint: Issue pending for Reimbursement

My complaint:

We travelled in Apr 2022 and to date we have not received the reimbursement from Flair airlines.

The flight was cancelled, we paid for food and were advised to submit receipts.

We submitted the receipts and followed up multiple times and there has been response from Flair.

They don’t care.

Suggested solution:

They should reimburse and also at the is ping compensate for the inconvenience.
