Flair Airlines complaint: Flight attendant delayed departure by 2 hours

My complaint:

Our flight was to departure at 9:15am today September 8 th 2021, due toa flight attendant sleeping in we are not departing until 10:30-11:00 am possibly later seeing as it seems she thinks she can arrive anytime she wants. Me and my daughter have a doctor’s appointment that we are now going to miss. Airline should never make an entire aircraft wait an extra 2 hrs because a flight attendant decided not show up on time. That incredibly irresponsible of her and this airline should not have someone who is making over 100 people late for their because she didn’t show up to work on time. Myself and everyone on this airplane are extremely disturbed, and this should not be the resolution. Postponing and delaying our flight due to a staff member is disturbing.

Suggested solution:

This flight attendant should lose her job, or receive a severe suspension. Allowing employees to think they can show up whenever they feel is disgusting. This employyee6shoulf simply lose her job. Delaying a flight by 2 hrs. We are on a simple flight to Ottawa from Toronto. By the time the flight attendant arrives we should already of been landed in Ottawa. Having someone like this working for you shouldn't be something your airline wants, also choosing to delay a flight instead of leaving the irresponsible flight attendant behind is poor decision making on the company's behalf.
