My complaint:
Our Flight cancelled on august 10,2023
Saskatoon to Vancouver.
Our original flight was august 10, 630pm then they we arrive in the airport 2hrs before our flight when we received an email it was delay and flight be 9pm. Then after an hour we received again another email that our flight was delay at 1245am August 11. Then while waiting almost 1245 the staff announced it’s was delay again and wait. Until 1am august 11 last minute they announce our flight was cancelled.
Our flight is very important because its a wedding celebration of my relative family and we are the bridesmaids and best man ( husband ). We book an hotel for us that already paid. My family and relatives waiting for us. It’s this happen flight cancelled so ridiculous. We so upset and mad for what happen.
Suggested solution:
No we can’t find a flight on that day. If we buy urgent ticket cost 2grand for one way trip.
