My complaint:
I checked in and paid for my bag which was a duffel bag , carry on which I have used several times with all different airlines. It was within the dimensions that were listed on web page. When my husband checked in the counter person asked to see bag so he showed her and she said it was to big and never even measured it at all. Then said he had to pay $51.00 I had already paid $ 56.70 which is ridiculous for small bag which says it $44 on website. Now $107 dollars which they say was just and won’t refund me back for paying double. They will never stay in business. Tried to support them being a Canadian company and that’s how they treat customers. Waiting for a supervisor to call me but I think I’m holding my breath with all these complaints I see.
