My complaint:

Hi there, I would like to launch a formal complaint against flair airlines.

I need your help, I came to Abbotsford from Calgary. Upon my return I was sent the wrong flight information with the wrong flight time. At the counter the staff started arguing and yelling at me. They refused to help me. I started recording them one of the staff members attacked me. I pushed her away telling her not to touch me.

The police and airport authorities got involved. I was told by flairs customer service to rebook another flight for the night. That’s what I did we showed up at night again with my husband and two kids. We were helped at the counter checked in our bag. Upon boarding the plane they stopped us at the gate and denied us boarding. Saying that we attacked one of their staff. Which was all a lie. The rudest and most unprofessional people work for them. It’s almost impossible to get through to their customer service. They’re abusing people’s rights of freedom. I felt like a criminal tonight.

My kids were crying they were tired. I had to be back to work. I missed two days of work and other important meetings. I had to rebook for the second time with WestJet. I bought three tickets to her home so far. I lost a lot of money. The police officer that showed up and the airport authority assured us that we won’t have any problems on the later flight. I was told by the police officer that they can’t deny us boarding. I have a police file number and an open investigation. I have a recording of the scene and the airport has footings of her trying to attack me. Please help me out and let me know how I can proceed with my case. How can I seek compensation for all this abuse. I feel like my human rights were denied. I don’t even know how to express how frustrated and humiliated I feel.

Sorry for the long email. Please guide me to the right people or department that can help me out in filing a complaint against the company and that employee.

Suggested solution:

They need to be shut down or fined for their poor service. That employee that attacked me should be fired.
