Fiverr complaint: Customer support bias decision on order

My complaint:

A person placed two orders for his two accounts.
I work for him provide proof and he first check and then accept the work.
Before taking order i told him the way work done.
He files complain. Despite of 100 times providing proof and all history of chat and work done they refund him .
They are illetrate team takes decisiom with out understanding the nature of work done and giving tough time to me.
The person scamed and took his money back.
Even they did this before as well. They refund to vlient mentioning to me that he filled dispute and u have no proof of work.
They suspemded that client accouny. After account recover that client provided me picture proof where he contacted fiverr 20 times and let them knkw his work was done
An action should be takem against such biased decision.
At one order my way of work was good and got my payment and the other it was not done. This is disgusting

Suggested solution:

They sould look into it the way order placed and everything i provided them and get my money back coz i ve dome work properly
