My complaint:
I sent a simple request to finer_graphica. I wanted a book cover. After sending my request, I simply sent an e-mail clarifying what I wanted. I am writing a book using off grid skills in suburban and urban areas. I told her to please look at Amazon and pull up off grid. All covers look similar and I wanted something more modern, but not like those currently shown. She absolutely ignored what I wanted and sent me something just like those. I said, “No, that is not what I want”. I again stated what I wanted. I got more pictures similar to off grid book covers on Amazon. Finally, after many back and forth e-mails, I agreed to a picture, then received back something with typos on both front and back. She could not figure out what the typos were. Again, after many, many back and forth, I finally got it without typos. I don’t think her English is good enough to do this. I liked her cover examples, but could not get something similar to the examples.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund!
