My complaint:
I and my friend were having trouble joining a server where we used to play a few days ago. We contacted the developers of the server and were trying to resolve the issue and finally, it worked in the test server. As soon as I and my friend tried to join the live server. My friend got in, but I got this message You have been automatically banned from Cfx.re. This ban will expire in 13 days (Time).
Suggested solution:
Try giving a reason for why I got this ban? or maybe try resolving it by removing the ban. And I can assure you that I don't use any third-party program.
