My complaint:
I have been playing Fire Kirin through ‘Sarah Mcluster’ on FB for over a year now with no issues. Recently while playing i won the randomly picked jackpot of approx 117$ ialrsady bad won approx $40 which brought my total to 150$ i asked to cash out and Sarah told me to give her a mokent that she had been locked out of the cash tag she had been using. I asked her if she knew how long it might be and she claimed her manager wasnt resoonding to her texts but she wouod let me know.a day passed,she messaged me saying her majager was working on it and should be able to pay me shortly.. another day passes and i message her abd she promises me shes going to oay ne to just be patient and for me to please just trust her.It is now day 6, she reads my messages but does not respond to anything i say.. i want my winnings and its not ok that we are given no info for anyone other than the host we are playing through especially in these type situations.
