My complaint:
I did my daily free spin on fire kirin and got .10 so I figured ill try my luck out and played the fish game meteor shower. Then a message appeared on my screen saying I won the major jackpot for $770. I messaged the person who does the payout on my account. At first they said they dont payout on free play, no where on the rules that they posted on their facebook wall did it state this. They stold my winnings, claimed there wasnt any money on my account, asked me to prove it. But before I could they blocked me.
Suggested solution:
I won the jackpot, I want my money they stold. Then they shouldn't be allowed to be a distributor of fire kirin and permanently banned. They are only making firekirin look bad.
