My complaint:
Well, i registered and hot a NO WAGER, NO DEPOSIT TOTAL OF R188.00 to start with and i was winning big amountd, very quickly too. Soo, when my total became 21 000, i wanted 2 withdraw bit then was told 2 first become a VIP1 member and 2 get there, i need 2 deposit R350 before i can withdraw my cash winnings. Soo, something sounded odd so i deposited a R100 only. Now there is no disclaimer or any way of refunding my R100!!!
Suggested solution:
I would like them 2 give me a refund on my R100. And other security options, like all other online gambling sites do!! Like FICA upload and banking details 4 when the winnings can be withdrawen.Also.., all other online casinos, will never expect such an amount as R350, b4 a person can withdraw
