My complaint:
Today I made a total deposit of $110 in three increment. within an hour. I have a total of $2161.56 in winnings sitting in my balance on my account and I haven’t been able to receive it because I was told by the cashier that I am only allowed to cashout $500 and not only that, the remainder of my winnings will be voided once I request that cashout and payout is complete. They accept 100% of my money and I lose majorly majority of the time and I think its only fair that I get to keep my winnings. I can accept a $500 max daily cash out and I wouldn’t even be writing this right now if I was able to keep the remai nder of my winngs in my balance for my choosing to play some more and probably gamble it all away or wait 24hrs to cashout again but for it all to be voide just does not sit well with me. I think this girl is low balling the winnings so she can ‘void’ the remainder but really she is pocketing the rest. I even offered her $500 if she did me a solid and cashed me out the rest but she said no. So here I am exploring dispute options before I give in to her ridiculous only option.
Suggested solution:
Resolve would be that I rightfully receive my 100% winnings with little to no wait time period that exceeds the same time it took to receive my deposits.
