My complaint:
I was playing the game with money I had from the previous day and I got the random “major” progressive for like 277 then I continued to play and got up to 560 so I asked to cashout and they told me I couldn’t cash out because I won that from the daily spin and since I didn’t make a deposit that day they only gave me $50 and voided the rest and I don’t feel like that’s right. All the money we invest into this game to not be able to get your winnings is crazy. I had been playing with this lady for a while now and that was never an issue. I really needed that money because I lost my job and it’s Christmas time. If I knew I wouldn’t be paid I wouldn’t of been giving my money.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be paid the 500.00 that’s rightfully mine my balance was 562 and they only gave me $50 anything on our account is ours whether we make a deposit or not we should be able to get the progressive but I already had money on there that’s why I’m taking this so far
