My complaint:
I loaded onto their platforms and was told virtually nothing about their rules etc, even tho I had asked twice for their loading n redemption rules. After playing some I asked to redeem at 20 credits n only then was told I needed minimum of 75 credits to redeem. I took this in stride even though I wouldn’t have never loaded on their platforms had they told me this at the get-go because I had only loaded 10 credits on their platform to begin with. After a couple days of rigorous playing I got up to the 75 credits needed to redeem and immediately went to Messenger to request that they redeem said 75 credits. No one responded to me for over 15 hours straight. When someone finally did they told me or should I say ask me if I had a Bitcoin wallet I replied no they said nothing more. I went another over 10 to 12 hours without getting a response from anyone after sending repeated requests throughout the day. Finally last night about 3:00 a.m. again got a response from whoever was working and they said they would look into it and get back to me since that time no one will even respond to my messages nor my redemption requests. I was also told that they would transfer credits from one platform to another all you need to do was ask so I’ve been asking since day one for them to transfer credits from the noble platform to Panda master platform they have refused to even acknowledge my request on that as well.
I have screenshots of all communication between me and any employee who responded to me from their operation. I also have a screenshot of the 75 credits I have on Panda master that they refuse to redeem. And picture of the $7 in credits I have on the noble platform. I can also provide proof of my what I loaded onto their site which was 10 credits

Redeem my 75 n 7 credits immediately in same manner that I lsent my 10 to them
