My complaint:
I made an account with Glenn Carter’s Goldmine Sweeps Fire Kirin on Facebook where he advertises his games. For 4 months I had no issues with Glenn Carter. Until just about 3 weeks ago now he decided not to pay me my winnings on Fire Kirin, with no reason why. I had won$121 on the Fire Kirin website and my request to cash out on my cash app account as usual and he just replied with a thumbs up response over and over no matter what I asked him.
It was anoying and unprofessional. And then he closed my account with my money in it. So I am not going to let him get away with this. I will exhaust every avenue. And I posted on Facebook and other people who seen my post responded, that they where also experiencing similar issues with Glenn Carter’s Goldmine Sweeps. I will file small claims court and file complaints with BBB, FCCs, ATC and every other departments I can. Until he gets right.
