My complaint:
I was playing and won. I tried to cash out $250.00 and was told I would receive it that following morning. When I still didn’t get paid out I tried logging in and all the sudden my account said it had been suspended and so I contacted the person who I usually send money to and get no response.
Suggested solution:
When I get paid out and my account is not suspended . I have never had an issue before so the sudden change and no response is frustrating
