My complaint:
I paid Selina Olivia (using $davidwill4 David Williams cashapp) 10$ to load fire and then I was supposed to be able to cashout my 80$ I won (75$ for me and 5$ tip for them) but they haven’t paid me my 75$ or refunded my 10$ I sent through cashapp

By paying me my 75$ I won or refunding the 10$ they charged me
