My complaint:
I have been playing with the same casino through Facebook messenger and Facebook for over two years now . I’ve won a bit but I have def lost alot more than I’ve won and yesterday after making 4 deposits with them totally close to 200 bucks I finally won 300 dollars and when I tried it cashout like I always do when I win with no problems they said my account was suspended due to suspicious activity which I don’t even see how that is possible I pay them the money they load the money on my fire Kirin account I play the money and either I win or I don’t how is it even POSSIBLE to do anything suspicious ??? Then they blocked me and closed thier account on cashapp and Venmo I had used to deposit with them I still have the records if the money I sent them but I can’t request a refund or anything because they have closed the accounts . I am attaching photos of all the deposits I made with them yesterday for their various games and then when I tried to cashout and what there response was
Suggested solution:
Give me the 300 I won fair and square. They had no problem taking my money to play . And they have never not cashed me out before I truly have no idea what is going on or why they did this to me but I am a single mom and I really needed that money or at the very least return the almost 200 I sent them to play on they basically stole from me
