My complaint:
I have sent lots of money to firekirin over time. I won almost $250 and they would not let me cash out stating I can only cash out 5x my last load so I accepted which would then pay me $75. They advised they were going to cash me out asked for my cash app tag and told me it would be just a moment. As they have paid me in the past I trusted the same thing would happen and allowed the shop to start work on my car as I would need the $75 to help pay for it. It’s been well over 72 hours and they will not pay me and now will not even acknowledge my messages or tell me why they won’t pay me. My car has now been done for 2 days but I’m unable to get it until I can pay for it: I had to walk over 6 miles to get home and they still haven’t paid me but they have taken the money from my game also.
Suggested solution:
I feel they should have to pay me the $75 I am rightfully owed but also for the inconvenience I feel that they should have to pay me at least $100 as they have caused me to miss out on work and have no car.
