My complaint:
On 04122023 I walked inside the Smoke Hub -Deven to redeem my winnings of approximately $367.85 I was given $63 cash and told to return later time on that day.
On 04132023 I received $35 cash by Hill and was told the same.
On 04142023 I received $25 cash by Devon nothing more was told. Total of $123 cash, balance due $570.03
Suggested solution:
The account holder needs to pay out the full amount and advise new customers about the payout.
