My complaint:
I was trying to redeem money of $270 but they were telling me that I have to pay $54 so I can get my $240 then they said they need me to send in 30 more dollars and they suspended my game they also said since there was backend crash then they’re going to say I can set you up a new account but you got to send 30 more dollars

To give me my money that I won or refund my money that I put in
