My complaint:
I had deposited money 4th or 5th of December, 12.16.23 won jackpot while playing a game 280$ agent told me I only get 5% of that !! Are you freaked kidding me !! Whts the point,, keep the 14$, merry Christmas !! So extremely disappointed, aggravated and pretty much done playing these casinos through an agent or platform and getting absolutely hardly anything close to my actual winnings. There is a fine print of didn’t do this or that!!
But this time is the worst of them all in 2 years of playing these casinos ,,, 5% oh my gosh !! Whts the point of even putting money into and end up with that much of a loss !! Unbelievable!! I believe these rules need to be looked at immediately and make better for the consumer and stop gouging customers pretty much scaming customers out of money that time has been put into and than be insulted with a 5% winning of actual take home!! Beware !! Should be put in front of the court of law for such a disgrace !!
Suggested solution:
At least pay winnings of half or more of full amount of 286.$
