My complaint:
So I hit two jackpots oh Merry Christmas they told me to keep picking boxes until I hit the jackpot. So I keep picking boxes I picked all the boxes and still no jackpot and they did not pay me for none of the boxes I got in touch with my online agent they have not done anything this is two times that has happened on that game it also done it on the 4th of July on the seven spins I do have photos and when it kick me off line when I get back on it says tips there was unfinished games I got a screenshot of that as well but no compensation has been done and it was a pretty nice big jackpot so what can we do about this how can we solve this issue you know I play a lot of money on this website and I feel like I’m getting cheated

I feel like I should get paid for the two jackpots that I won and the bonus spin I'm not trying to cheat anyone out of anything I just want to get paid what I won and be fair I do not feel like I'm getting treated fairly, the jackpot the jackpot was pretty big I just feel like that somewhere down the line something don't seem right with the situation it happened two times in one day
