My complaint:
I deposited $250 over 5 different deposits through a handler. On my 5th deposit I won without losing (giving it all back). I won a total of $952 and asked for $850 because that was the max. They were taking time to pay so I didn’t gamble any more because I wanted to see if they were going to pay. Why play if you can’t ever win. After 2 hours I asked the handler what was the problem and she said that I won and that was suspicious. I told her that if she was waiting for me to lose it to not bother because I wasn’t going to do one more spin if I can’t get paid out. What’s the sense. That is when my account was suspended. The handler told me they were going to refund my deposits and they only sent $50 out of the $250. I have records of all our corespondence.
Suggested solution:
Well I have no faith in their company so I'm not going to keep playing inless I had some guarantees that this wouldn't happen again. I want my $952 of winning and my other $200 of deposits for my trouble wouldn't be too much to ask for. And if this is the handlers doing alone then she should be punished in some way or form.
