My complaint:
Yes I had made a deposit I started to play and the game.Notified me I won a prize jackpot so I played a little longer and took a screenshot to send them so I can redeem it.First thing she told me is it’s faulty and they don’t know where it came from cause they don’t see it on there end.But I know they were lying because it came from that end.From all the money I had been playing with them.So then she decided to cuss me out saying it’s fraud and she is not sending me nothing it’s not verifiable etc)))So I go the the profile of the game I was playing and found the record of me winning the prize jackpot it has my user I’d number attached as well as time date etc.And also the amount so I send that she gonna say oh Im sorry it’s not on our end we’re just agents some said well now that you see you were wrong and it’s clearly verifiable it’s been alsmost ten hours going bacc in fourth being verbally assaulted cause I won so she said well I can give you only half of your and you should be happy bout that I said ma’am you oh me $266 and she trynad to make me play it all down saying she felt I only should get of my on money and kept my deposit I just sent barely played .So I said no that’s not gone work I did ur job found the proof y DONT you just give me what I won. An you believe she cussed me out and said well Im only goona send you half of 170 so I saiid yeah this is not ok so unprofessional ect so she sent me only $85 out of almost $300 and said I better be happy I got that.i asked for a name badge supervisor got ignored I asked for all my money hours went by and she said send one message I will band you and all I wanted was what was owed to me just highway robbery they are not legit and from all the reviews I’ve seen on them same thing taking people money please respond asap appreciate you for time.

When I get everything I win that you can see on the screenshots not $85 and I had what n $266 so the remaining amount plus she kept my 20 deposit also
