My complaint:
Played online through Facebook messenger by the name Supreme Game Room they created an account for firekirin I loaded money 15 minutes into playing the game had only $5 left in a spin I won $500 in total of $505 I asked to Cashout they said just a moment I was waited an hour tried to leave them message wouldn’t go through they blocked me I sent a refund they denied as well
Suggested solution:
If they can pay me my winnings if not a refund
