My complaint:
I won 236.26 on Thursday October 5th but I didn’t bother to cash out until Friday Oct 6 at 8:57am was my 1st time inquiring about cashing out. I was getting a worried because they usually respond right away ,when they finally got back to me it was close 10 am and they ask what did i hit for .I told them I would like to cash out. and they said i can only cash out 200 and they said do i want to leave money on my game or do i want to give them a tip for there service which i felt was odd. give that i had 236.26 if im cashing out 200 and i giving them a 5$ tip then of course i would have kept 31.26 left on my game. well after they made that statement. i would not here from them again until maybe 11pm and they sent me a print out of there promotion ,i think it was group text and the end they kim how can i help u and i told them i would like to cash out.that was last I heard from then i tried messaging and my messages were not sent i guessing because they block me then i went back on fire kirin to check and see if i could still login in i could but mt money was gone but 26 cents i have proof of conversation i proof me cash apps them money i have proof of my amount and have proof of my money gone
Suggested solution:
I would love to cash out my 200 giving that I don't want to play with that person again and I also want to have them red flagged as well because I have but in alot of money and would have been my 1 st time cashing out and if I didn't win that day I would kept putting more money into them.i give u 5 stars before Friday I never had any problems.and i still play with fire kirin
