My complaint:
I play fire kirin, through a business company on Facebook. John Douglas Miller, Tonight as I was playing off the few cents I won from the daily wheel, the major jackpot symbol came on my screen and I won the $271.00 jackpot!, but when I told John Douglas Miller that I would like to redeem, the employee working tonight was very rude and told me I could not redeem the jackpot prize because I had not deposited any money, and that I don’t get nothing because I’m not a regular customer. After asking to speak to the manager, and also asking to see the rule book, I was blocked non Facebook where I could not message them anymore, and the employee suspended my account. I do have a photo of the jackpot I won, I did take a screenshot of my account winnings before I was suspended, and I also have photos of my conversation with this employee. I would like something done about this matter, I will contact my attorney if need be.
Suggested solution:
They should pay me the jackpot that I won.
