My complaint:
Well I won 158 bucks on the fishing game and asked to be cashed out and as soon as I say that the chick then tells me my money is gone. I logged back in and sure enough they took all 158 dollars out my account and when I confronted them they made a bunch of different lies up and sent screen shots of someone else getting paid as if it pertains to me in some way.
Suggested solution:
Give me my 158 bucks back actually 20 of that was promo money so really I only want 130 or 140 of it.
