My complaint:
About 20 months ago I bought a pair of jeans (115) from Finery. I would add that at time I was a very satisfied customer
The jeans duly arrived and on inspection the zip was broken. I contacted Finery immediately and without any hesitation I was told to return the jeans and in due course a replacement pair followed
As a result of lock down I was only able to wear the jeans a couple of times. Sadly putting them on recently the zip broke
As I really liked the jeans I decided to contact Finery in the hope of advice and solution.
Despite sending 2 emails which were acknowledged as of today I have had no reply, which I think you will agree is poor customer service
Ironically I receive several promotional emails every week from Finery
I would point out that the jeans are of excellent quality with a sub standard zip
Suggested solution:
Firstly I would like to know why they have not had the courtesy to reply Also as stated in both emails I was hoping for some advice re the problem
