My complaint:
Fidelity was sent a subpiona signed buy a judge on Dec 22,2022 for divorce purposes,sent buy my lawyer.
Fidelity acknowledged receiving the subpiona and gave me the work order for it, I was told it would take a couple weeks, it is now April 20,
2023 and we have not received anything on it.
I called agean today and spoke with Charles he asked me to hold, I held for over 45 minutes and was then hung up on.
I called back and spoke with another person she said she had to put me on hold. I waited another 10 minutes before i was hung up on, I was never rude to these people as I just needed information on a very important matter.
Suggested solution:
I would like my matter to be investigated ,and told why we have not been sent the results of the subpiona .
