My complaint:
My Mom passed away Oct. 9th and left me her IRA account. My brother is the power of attorney on her accounts. He put me as the one who will inherit my Moms IRA exactly how he was told to do from Fidelity before my Moms death. Now they are saying it wasn’t done correctly after he did exactly what he was instructed to do by fidelity. It was their fault and we have to suffer because of their mistake. It’s been under review for weeks and nothing.
Why do we have to suffer their irresponsible behavior. When I talked to the case manager he said he was going on a personal leave and handed my case over to someone else who apparently didn’t exist because no one from Fidelity new anything of him or any other person who was going to handle the case after he left.
Suggested solution:
I want my inheritance immediately and a fair compensation for the hold of my investment all this time.
