My complaint:
Around first of October 2022, We called in to ask Fidelity to freeze our accounts after a possible computer intrusionvirus. Called back to say resolved, computer cleaned. its going on 3 weeks. still no access to any accounts. Real bad problem. Very very unhappy.
Suggested solution:
re activate accounts so I can trade and honor acct payments to other vendors now showing Fidelity not honoring when there is plenty of funds to cover any. Blame Fidelity if credit rating goes down.
