My complaint:

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping I need another return form or link to return clothes as they have been sent back to my address and had no correspondence with the company since

The issue that I have experienced was: I had placed an order on 15/5/23 of 2 dresses for graduation neither fit, therefore I returned them through evri, I paid and today 8/6/23 they have arrived back at my address in the package.

It occurred on: 2023-06-08

This meant that I feel a bit confused because I paid for a return and have been waiting on a refund and I haven’t got one.

I would like to be able to return my items I brought free of charge and get a full refund
