FdlityEX complaint: They won’t let me withdraw

My complaint:

I hereby request assistance and would like to file a complaint against a blockchain application facility by the name of fdlityex.com. Back on the February 9th, 2022, I was doing cryptocurrency trading for 7k based on my current assets using the assistance of a friend who has been coaching me on this process. That day I requested to participate in a booking reservation of 10,000.00 USDT, I did this reservation guided by my friend who did not carefully or clearly read the terms. After further clarification it came to my understanding that I was supposed to make an additional deposit of 10,000.00 USDT within a certain period for me to withdraw the funds. Anyhow, I was able to make the deposit by getting approved for a loan for 2k, and by borrowing the additional 8k from friends and relatives. After I was able to make the deposit for 10,000.00 USDT I was still unable to withdraw the funds even though I attempted a few times.

After failing to withdraw the funds back on Feb 18th, 2022, I contacted fdlityex and according to them I had to initiate an advance authentication process which would require for me to upload documents including birth certificate, social security card, driver license etc. They advised the process would take 30 business days and the only way to expedite the process was for me to make an additional deposit of 2,279 USDT. However, I was not aware or advised I had to make that deposit using a different e-wallet link to the manual audit department and I ended making the deposit by adding it to my current assets. I tried to withdraw the 2,279 USDT back to then send it to the manual audit department but I was not allowed to do so by fdlityex. At this point I had exhausted all my financial resources to make this possible. Luckily, I was able to get approved for a loan with Lendmark for $4,000.00. This time I made the deposit using the link provided to me by chat support to the manual audit department, at this time they advised the process would take 3 business days for the manual audit to be completed.

After 3 business days I contacted fdlityex chat support for a status on my manual audit and they advised the manual audit was approved and I was able to go ahead and withdraw the funds. I attempted to withdraw the funds for roughly 27,525.00 USDT out of my current assets of 27,541.19. Upon checking the status of my withdrawal, I noticed it was unsuccessful because there is an exception in my account. I contacted fdlityex chat support and they advised that my account was restricted because according to them I operated transactions during the advance certification process. Now they need me to pay an additional 5,508.238 for abnormal cancellation.

Suggested solution:

I have to make this deposit within 10 days as of March 3rd, 2022, or my account is permanently frozen including the funds. I do not possess anymore income or financial resources to make this happen. I need to retrieve these funds so I can pay all the loans I owe including the personal individuals I borrowed money from. Hi man, I have the same problem, I was trying to withdraw like 5800 USD and was unable to do so because I need to the advance authentication as well. I am still waiting for them to approve which cost 30 business days, and they also said if I want to make it faster (3 days of manual audit), I need to pay 5800. I didn’t do that and just kept waiting, I have 13000 USD in my account, and today their website is shut down…
