My complaint:
Like Josse1420 complaint, Really very similar I have been trying to withdraw my funds for several months with no success. Every time I tried, they came back with a reason for declining my request. First it was because I wasn’t certified. then it was because I tried too many times within a short time frame and then they questioned a deposit I made. For the deposit in question. I had to send them copies of address and other information to prove my identity. Each time they required I make a deposit to clear the situation and release my funds. I had to use all my funds, get a loan and borrowed money from friends and family. I need to get my money out to pay all the debts I now have due to them and have money to live on. I even asked them if there was another option and they said no, I must pay the deposit.
Suggested solution:
They need to quit playing this game, release my funds and let me withdraw my money,
