Fastrak complaint: Did not send proof that I have an account to toll

My complaint:

I received a violation from a toll road stating I went through a toll without paying. I had my FASTRAK in my car, on my window so it should have been utilized however for whatever reason it did not work. I contacted the Bay Area FASTRAK on either the 4th or 5th of August and asked them to send the required documentation to South Bay ExpresswayI-15 Expressways. I was told this email was sent. On 26August I received a second notice that the forms were never sent and now it is saying I owe over $200.

I would like South Bay FASTRAK to notify South Bay Expressway of my open account in which the payment should be utilized and show them proof I had an open account at the time of the violation. The violation notice is 9909007043 and my account number with South Bay Express Way is 189100035.

When the violation is removedpaid.
