My complaint:
Unjustifiable suspension of my account and even after providing them with all the requirements they had requested it has been 6 days and they have not reinstated my account not only holding my funds but costing me money. This is unacceptable behavior of a fortune 500 company and this is not how you are to treat your loyal customers. I either want my account back on immediately or I want my money you don’t get to keep both.
Suggested solution:
As I said above either I want my account back which is preferred or I want my money.
