My complaint:
“I am contacting your customer support for a third time this morning as well as several times yesterday.
I placed an in-match wager on “O O’hoisin v R Di Nocera” tennis match. A minute later the match showed as “interrupted” on FanDuel Sportsbook. Minutes later during the “interruption” the bet was taken off the board completely.
As a “FanDuel VIP” member, I immediately contacted customer support with many concerns and wanted the bet fairly voided. The representative told me that I would be able to see the bet again after the interruption. I waited and monitored FanDuel for hours while speaking with support. Then I was told by Your Customer Support that the match would be continued the following day. I continued to monitor FanDuel all day and night. The bet was never placed back up on the board. after the “FanDuel update” I found my bet showing as a loss.
I’m simply asking for the bet to be voided as this was my original request during the match.

I did everything in my power to avoid the situation by contacting customer support immediately with my concerns and based off what the representative told me… nothing ended up happening that they said would happen. Making my request clear many times and sending in a bunch messages to FanDuel’s support has now not gotten me anywhere. It seems they are ducking and dodging my request.
Very very poor company management and not a good look from the customer support crew as well. Seems like they are just interested in making there money at this point. I even gave them my personal number as you can see up there and they still have been ducking and dodging a solution and getting back to me in general!
Suggested solution:
They should of voided the bet as I originally requested that because there was no way for me to view the bet and make any adjustments as needed. after the representative told me and ed the match’t be played till the next day, he was ing I should have access to viewing the bet the following day once it was put back up on the board. This was never the case.
