My complaint:
They suspended me from my account for suspicious activity that they thought they seen happening , and said they would figure it out and get with me soon . It has literally been 5-6 days with no word from these people I have hundreds of dollars in my account I can’t access or see along with active bets I don’t know if they hit or not .
Suggested solution:
Fix the issue right now and unlock my account so I can get in there and get my money and everything else off .
I’m going threw same issue been 2 weeks and just told to wait for investigation. They said no time frame. My account was locked up hours after make my first deposit with the same claim of suspicious activity? What’s suspicious of me playing the account YOU APPROVED! Only thing suspicious is YOUR ACTIVITY! Good luck
