My complaint:
I opened a new account on FanDuel using Fanduel Sportsback app to take advantage of the national ad Fanduel was using to attract new users.
Realizing Fanduel would use any criteria it gave as the necessary means to get the 55-1 odds I put my $5 bet to win on Tampa Bay using all of their
rules so as to not have them not pay off the bet if I won.
After they claimed they were having problems with their site showing the 55-1 odds they said they would still manually give the 55-1 odds winners a manual ation after the bet was over. I’ve tried reaching out to them after the 72 hours they said they needed to the bet on their support team system. And while they did not respond an employee named Nicholas did respond and told me indeed support would be going through this issue and if I did follow the criteria necessary I would find the 275 for my 5 credited to my account. – I did follow their rules and did bet the amount they allowed for that bet. I also picked the winning team – so why didn’t they pay off, or even resond to my multiple requests for this issue?
Suggested solution:
simply credit the $275 to my account for winning within their own criteria and rules
