My complaint:

Fanduel suspended my after I caught an unauthorized transaction and cancelled it. I have sent in all verification to the accounts team but they refuse to provide updates or open my account back up. I reached out to CS via chat and Twitter and the only response is to wait. It’s been 9 days it does not take that long to verify my information.

Suggested solution:

Open my account so I can withdraw
