FanDuel complaint: Account access removed – support non responsive

My complaint:

My account access was suspended due to “suspicious activity” – no explanation of what this suspicious activity was – just a general “suspicious activity”. All I did was deposit money with my debit card, which I had done in past with no problem as this time was not an issue as well, place a bet, and that’s it. When I went to check on it I could not access my account. After 2 weeks of sitting through chat hold (which times out btw if you do not type something every few minutes – so basically you wait for hour or so then realized it timed you out and have to go back to the back of the line and start another chat!) finally get an email that they need a copy of the card I used to deposit, a picture of me holding a piece of paper with date on it, and a copy of my drivers license.

Mind you I had deposited and withdrew at least 2 times prior and they had no issue taking my deposit, no verification was needed to take my money. Anyways I provided this to them and have heard nothing – I have followed up with emails but no one is responding. I had placed a bet for $25 when WC2022 started for future Argentina to win it and was paying 6 to 1 when I placed the bet – I can’t access my account to get my money. No one is responding!!

Suggested solution:

Give me access to my account to withdraw my winnings - I don’t even care about using their service I rather use DraftKings or barstool app from Hollywood Sportsbook or even bet mgm app any of them is better than this none responsive. Useless support garbage app

Same thing happened to me. I filed a very similar complaint.
