My complaint:

I received an account suspension from fanduel over a month ago. They requested documents to help them with an investigation. I provided the requested documents, and they since ignored every email request for over a month. I had over $11,000 in my account and they will not respond to any of my requests.

Suggested solution:

Finish their investigation or at least give me money back.
