My complaint:

I went up to my Family Dollar today and when I was there there was a bundle of rope and there was no price on it where it was sitting so I took it upfront and when I checked out I asked the lady first thing could you please give me a price and she told me the price was 385 and I told her no I’m good I don’t want it she said okay and she rang everything up and I checked out well I kind of thought the bill was a little pricey but didn’t think nothing of it until I got home and I checked my receipt and when she checked the price for the Rope she never took it off of my bill and charged me for the Rope and I didn’t get it or anything like that I didn’t want it and so basically they owe me $4 well I rode my bike up there today and I can’t get back up there today so I have been trying to call them since 4 this afternoon and no one will answer the phone I just want to let them know just in case I go up there tomorrow I will have a problem I just wish someone would answer their phone I am enclosing a screenshot of my call log to them today none will answer

Suggested solution:

I want my money back that I mowed plain and simple I have my receipt in my hand and the girl will remember me that ring me up I know
