My complaint:

Used debit card ran card for 8 and added cash back 25 didn’t allow tried again at ten and it went threw but worker deleted transaction checked my act shows 24.99 taken that day and time and that store number tried asking for a report from manager there and he would not look then asked for other manager called her and she said she will look at it Tom whent next day and she advised to allow 7 days now it’s been two weeks I have again and she will not even look at camera footage due to receipt showing diff amount of 9 I have receipt I go daily how can this matter be fixed I am a single mom and do not have the funds to have 24.99 taken out with no merchandise that dollar amount was all we had that night can any one please help me resolve this serious issue my number is 3612222126
