My complaint:

I was shopping in family dollar, once I made it to the check out I asked about an item I bought that still had the sensitive one it. It made no sense when the manager told me to bring a receipt in order to get the sensor off. She was rude and told me not to come back in her store just because I was complaining that I was sold the item with the sensor still on it.

Suggested solution:

Fire her or write her up. Do something.
