My complaint:
I bought the wrong kind of briefs for my son I went back to exchange them the manager Bill on duty wouldn’t even look at me continued stocking the shelf Gave me a flat no I can’t ! I told them yes the package has been opened but you can see they haven’t been used ! Still was a no he was not professional at all I feel sorry for anyone who works for this company I work in retail and I would of gladly exchanged them I shop here frequently but I think after tonight I won’t be back very poor customer service !
Suggested solution:
They shouldn’t have just exchanged them like I asked !
