My complaint:
Went into family dollar tonight, I picked up Kellogg’s Raisin Bran for the shelf price of 2$5.00. Upon checkout the clerk charges $3.65 each. Her explanation is for me to get the discount I must go on line for a coupon. Ok, so I go back and double check the price and nowhere on that shelf tag does it say anything about a coupon. I got a refund for 1 box. WHAT A SCAM ! Only a liberal company will hook you with false advertising. I’m not jumping through hoops to buy something as discounted, then be told otherwise. Also I used to get milk at this same store, now a year later still no milk ? Really . Your loosing a customer. I hope others will see through this.
